This new digital magazine available on the Apple Newsstand, for reading only on the iPad, has some great information for those who are genuinely interested in maintaining or improving their health using natural means. Digital magazines have unique functions that allow a richer experience for the reader through means other than words. Videos and slide presentations are just some of the features accessible within a digital magazine.

This issue has a very in-depth article by Dr. Sandra Cabot on the function of the Thyroid Gland, including details on what happens to our bodies when the gland is over-active (Hyperthyroidism) or under-active (Hypothyroidism).
